Zoho One & Workplace companies
Your mail, docs, and calendar already live in Zoho. Bookings join them, with no second calendar to keep in sync.
Zoho Calendar integration
Most scheduling tools stop at Google and Microsoft. Freeslot connects to Zoho Calendar directly - in whichever Zoho data center your account lives - and keeps your availability and bookings in step.

Setup
No region picker, no API keys. Freeslot works out where your Zoho account lives.
Use the Zoho account behind your Zoho Calendar - Zoho Workplace, Zoho One, or a free Zoho account.
Freeslot reads your data center - US, EU, India, Australia, Japan, UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia, or UAE - and connects to it directly.
Choose one of the Zoho calendars you own. Your default calendar is selected to start with.
Set your hours and publish. Guests only see times that are clear on your Zoho Calendar.
Busy-time checks
Zoho's default calendars often leave events out of free/busy, which would make every slot look open. Freeslot reads the events on your booking calendar directly instead.
Booking sync
Each booking is created on your Zoho booking calendar while the guest is still on the page. If Zoho can't save the event, the booking doesn't go through - so nothing goes missing from your calendar.
Who it's for
Keep bookings in the Zoho calendar your team already uses, instead of opening a Google account just for scheduling.

Demo calls from your booking link show up in the same Zoho Calendar as the rest of your pipeline day.
Client meetings book around your real Zoho schedule, including the recurring commitments that fill busy seasons.
Run classes and workshops with seat limits, written straight to your Zoho Calendar. See group booking.
FAQ
US (zoho.com), EU, India, Australia, Japan, UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. Freeslot detects your account's data center when you sign in, so there's nothing to choose.
Yes. On Professional, Freeslot checks up to six connected calendars - Zoho, Google, and Outlook in any mix - before offering a time, so a personal Google calendar can block your work hours in Zoho.
Zoho's default calendars often leave events out of free/busy, which would make every event look free and every slot look open. To avoid double bookings, Freeslot treats every event on your booking calendar as busy. Keep events you don't want blocking on a different Zoho calendar.
Freeslot lists the Zoho calendars you own, and checks and writes to the one you pick for each Zoho account. Calendars other people have shared with you can't be used as booking calendars.
Not automatically yet. Add your Zoho Meeting, Meet, Teams, or Zoom link as the meeting location on your booking page, and guests see it on the page and in their confirmation email.
Yes. You can create your Freeslot account and sign in with Zoho. Signing in alone doesn't connect your calendar, so allow calendar access on Zoho's consent screen when you connect Zoho Calendar.
Freeslot treats the booking as cancelled. The next time it checks your calendar, the booking is marked cancelled, the time opens up again, and your guest gets a cancellation email.
